Even though Bram Stoker is only a memory his seminal work about a Transylvanian Count has entered the realm of iconic names, dates and places.
The story is undoubtedly familiar to most if not all movie goers, but the book is probably not quite on the tip of the tongue as is the movie. Some readers will imagine Bela Lugosi as the evil Count. Others will see any of the countless portrayers of the man from Transylvania.
